• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm Sun by app (24hrs notice).

• Yes we offer 12 months warranty on repair work carried out by BRM. (conditions apply)

(4) Do you provide a loan car for clients?
• Yes we offer a complimentary loan car to our customers.

(5) How long has Black Rock Motors been in business?
• 14 years.

(6) Can you source genuine parts from original manufacturers?
• Yes we can source genuine parts if that is required.

(7) Can arrangements be made to have a vehicle towed to the workshop after hours?
• Brm are able to have vehicle towing carried out Australia wide.

(8) Can BRM provide quotes for repair work and service?
• Yes we can provide quotes but will always phone our customers if we find unexpected issues which fall outside of the original quote, to re-quote before going ahead with the work.

(9) Do you offer a trade in service to the purchaser of a vehicle?
• Yes we do offer to take trade ins.

(10) Can you source a specific vehicle assuming you don't have a suitable one in stock?
• Brm has developed contacts Australia wide enabling us to purchase and find vehicles anywhere.

(11) Do you offer a warranty on all vehicles sold?
• Vehicles come with a 3 month or 5 year's warranty of your choice. (conditions apply)
